FIeld Test to Office: How To Read Data From a CNX 3000 Wireless System

In this video, Bob Axelson, Chief Engineer at STARZ Entertainment in Denver, Colorado shows us how to read downloaded data from a CNX 3000 Wireless System. Bob demonstrates how to download the data from his CNX via a wireless USB port, diagnosing a failed component right from his office.

Bob says, "This was able to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt to management that this was the issue, and I was not having to babysit the unit and tie my time up. I left this in there for a day, it took a 6-hour snapshot, we had a failed condition, we know exactly what the cause was."
