IDEAL LanXPLORER Setup & Demo Part 1 of 2

The IDEAL LanXPLORER is a handheld Gigabit Ethernet analyzer with test interfaces for 10/100/1000 Mbps copper testing with options for b/g/n Wi-Fi and 1000Mbps optical Ethernet analysis.

Test capabilities include network device discovery, network device verification to identify new or missing devices from saved Netmaps, detailed wire map testing with TDR for fault detection, PoE/PoE+ load testing to determine available PoE power and PoE/PoE+ load monitoring to measure power consumed by a connected PoE device.

The LanXPLORER PRO model features 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports for in-line monitoring between any two points in a network. In this mode the LanXPLORER will analyze traffic to reveal Top 10 Talkers, traffic generated by TCP/UDP port, Top 10 error generating devices and more.
